Drs Weiner and Uncapher served as Script Supervisors for all episodes in the new PBS series, The Brain. The six-part series is hosted by Dr David Eagleman, and can be viewed online at pbs.org. 

The six episode TV series will air every Wed evening at 10p from 10/14 through 11/18.

Dr Uncapher to co-chair a conference on Kids and Tech for the National Academy of Sciences

The National Academy of Sciences, along with the Institute of Digital Media and Child Development, are launching a global convening of researchers, pediatricians, child psychologists, and neuroscientists who are investigating the impact of technology and media use on childrens' brains and behavior. 

IAN's Dr Uncapher is a co-organizer and will chair the working group day of the conference.

White papers will be published in an upcoming issue of Pediatrics, and select primary papers and reviews will be published in upcoming issues of Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences.
